there are approximately 45 resorts around the island, mostly small however there are 2 large resorts, one approximately 10 minutes away, the other on the other side of the island. Kura Kura is the main resort on the east coast located in the main harbour.

Reasons for selling:

We have a construction business in Bali that exports prefabricated villas mainly to resort developments in remote locations. we have 3 very large projects underway that require our full focus. There is also quite a bit of internationally travel involved. We have been in this business for 15 years and it is growing at a very fast pace.
