The location is legally owned by the PMA company in the watersports sector, which allows us to own land and offer watersport packages, including accommodation. We're based on the main island with easy access to infrastructure, making it affordable and accessible for anyone who wants to explore the Mentawai Islands.

TIME SHARE OPPORTUNITY:
Our deluxe room suites with ocean views offer a luxurious and comfortable stay, and with our time-share opportunity, you can enjoy 10 years and 10 days annually for only 17.971 euros for two people in our Deluxe Room accommodation.
The regular price is 2797,- Euro for 10 days. In 10 years, this would be 27.971 euros.
You would save 10.000,- Euro
The price includes stay for two people per room, and you'll have access to all the amenities that come with our package deal. This includes a Board meal, board rentals, free use of equipment, yoga classes, free excursions, daily surf guiding per boat, mentawai surf tax, and wifi. It follows the inclusions we offer on our website.
What's more, if friends visit during the same period as your holiday, they'll receive a 20% discount.
If you can't claim your holiday dates, you can sell them through us to anyone, and we'll give you 60% of the revenue back when the room is booked.
